Join Laura Walker as she leads a gentle ballet class for adults. Although ‘Silver Swans’ is aimed at the over fifties, all adults are welcome.
The emphasis is on enjoyment of movement through ballet exercises and steps to music. The music will transcend you to another place, making for a relaxing and motivated experience.
No previous experience is required.
