One Bench. Seven Stories. A Whole Host of Characters.
You never know who you'll meet on a park bench!
A sunny afternoon in the park. Various characters (and not all of them human!) share their tales of friendship, love, loss … and, oh yes, a dash of the absurd.
Two performers - Julie Kinsella and Maria Quinn - play a total of 14 characters whose stories play out over one afternoon on a solitary park bench.
Expect a lot of laughs, a little learning and a sniffle or two when The Bench comes to the Grand Opera House Studio.
The
show was performed at the Eastside Arts Festival in 2025 and on tour in the villages around the
Causeway Coast in 2025.
