Family Festival: Sewing Workshop

Got a pair of socks that don’t match… or socks you've grown out of? Don’t throw them away - rescue them!

Join us for a fun, hands-on sewing workshop where children will turn old socks into a brilliant sock monkey teddy. From socks to a monkey friend, your child will learn how to construct and hand sew their very own rescued monkey - while becoming a Creative Young Hero and helping save textiles from landfill.

What your child will do:

• Learn beginner-friendly hand sewing skills
• Create and stitch their own sock monkey teddy
• Discover the magic of upcycling and conscious making
• Build confidence, focus, and creativity through making
