Family Festival: Acting for Screen

This unique workshop will give you an insight into the mind of a casting director and help improve your skills in acting for screen.

You will get the opportunity to work on a scene with a professional casting director, receiving on-the-spot feedback, gain an understanding on how you become a casting director, and take part in a Q&A session with professionals working in the industry today.

The workshop will be facilitated by Mike Hooley from Carla Stronge Casting, whose credits include Casting Director on Derry Girls S3, all series of BBC's Hope Street and Funboys as well as upcoming feature films, Skintown and Victorian Psycho.
