Tender for the provision of Project Management/Quantity Surveyor Services for August 2026 Works

The Trustees of Grand Opera House Trust are seeking “Expressions of Interest” from companies experienced in project management/quantity surveyor services.

The Grand Opera House Trust invites tenderers to submit a tender for the supply of project management services, to include quantity surveying and building surveying services, for the delivery of works scheduled for three weeks from Monday 17 August 2026. The principal elements of the services required will be to support the Theatre’s Senior Management Team in the delivery of the works.

Tender instructions and documentation can be accessed via the eSourcing NI portal, with the project reference “Project_28840” and ITT reference “ITT_38974”.

Tender responses must be submitted to the Grand Opera House no later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 30 September 2025.  Tenders received after that date and time will not be opened or considered.
