Getting to know our customers and their specific support requirements helps tailor our offering to provide the best service. Membership of the Access for All scheme is open to all customers with access needs and is free to join.

Join this Scheme
The Access for All scheme is free to join and you can update us any time of any changes to your access requirements by contacting our Box Office. Your membership will be valid for two years, after which we'll contact you to renew and update us of any changes.
To join the scheme, please download and complete the application form. Please note, applications may take up to ten working days to process.
