Getting to know our customers and their specific support requirements helps tailor our offering to provide the best service. Membership of the Access for All scheme is open to all customers with access needs and is free to join.

Essential Companion Ticket
For eligible customers, joining the Access For All scheme allows you to avail of a complimentary companion ticket.
Companion Tickets
If you require continual supervision or assistance during your visit you may be eligible for a complimentary Essential Companion ticket. Your companion must be over the age of 18 and be able to provide you with assistance to evacuate the building in the event of an emergency. The companion must be able to help with access to the theatre and its facilities and remain with you to ensure your well-being and comfort. These tickets must be requested at the time of booking.
Join this Scheme
The Access for All scheme is free to join and you can update us any time of any changes to your access requirements by contacting our Box Office. Your membership will be valid for two years, after which we'll contact you to renew and update us of any changes.
