White Wine
A classic French sauvignon Blanc (blended with Colombard).
This wine is a crisp dry white wine with flavours of Lemon, citrus fruits and gooseberries and high acidity.
The Mont Gravet white is sourced from clay and limestone vineyards around the village of Panjas in the Gascony regions of South West France where Armagnac is also produced. The hillsides on which the grapes are grown are full of small stones called “gravets” and thus the name Mont Gravet. The climate conditions are perfect for the indigenous Colombard grape with warm days and cool nights and are influenced by the Atlantic Ocean.
The grapes are harvested at night and after 24 hours of skin contact are pressed and the juice fermented for about 15 days at low temperatures to extract maximum aromas. The wine is moved to stainless steel vats for four months where it is regularly stirred on its lees to extract maximum flavors. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve the bright freshness of the wine.

Rawson’s Retreat Chardonnay - £30.00/BottleA blend of Chardonnay and Semillon.
A refreshing wine sourced from premium vineyards in South eastern Australia.
This range of wines is named after the founders family cottage which he built in 1845 one year after he planted his first vines in the area.
The wine has fresh tropical and citrus fruit flavours. Melons, lemons and limes are easily detected followed by crisp rounded acidity. With a good length of flavour.
This is an approachable, fresh flavoured wine.
Picpoul de Pinet Font Mars - £37.00/BottleThis is a fantastic example of this famous Languedoc wine, it is the very definition of a fresh, dry white wine with soft peach, citrus, pineapple, apple and amazing saline notes. Delicious and an excellent alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.
Pale gold in colour with light green reflections.
The grapes are hand harvested at night when it is much cooler, destemmed and fermented at a low temperature for 20 days. The wine is then kept in stainless steel tanks and bottled in January after the harvest. A perfect example of good single domaine picpoul with just a single gram of residual sugar left in the wine.
Koangi Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough) - £39.00/BottleNew Zealand Sauvignon Blanc from The South Island.
Zesty and refreshing, lightly acidic.
This is a vibrant fruit driven wine which bears all the recognisable traits of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, bursting with citrus fruits and herbaceous characters. On the palate luscious flavours of lemon zest with notes of currant leaf and fresh bell pepper.
Red Wine
A medium bodied, easy drinking red wine with approachable red fruits, plummy and moorish.
Medium tannins with aromas of ripe black cherries. A very smooth red wine with a slight hint of sweetness on the palate.
Rawson’s Retreat Cabernet Shiraz - £29.00/BottleBright crimson red in colour with the shiraz fruit dominating on the nose with pepper and spice, dark plum and ripe red fruit aromas.
Cedary oak combines with smoked meat notes and hints of liquorice.
The palate is dense and rich with juicy red berry fruit.
Coffee mocha flavours that run through the mid palate adding lusciousness and the wine finishes with finely textured tannins.
The wine shows perfect balance between cedary oak and ripe fruit flavours.
Lopez De Haro Rioja - £30.00/BottleA blend of Garnacha Tinta, Graciano and Tempranillo. This wine embodies the best of spanish winemaking tradition.
Intense deep ruby almost purple, with ripe red fruit aromas reminiscent of blackberries, blackberries and cherries and a hint of leather. Spicy nuances of cinnamon stick and orange laced with clove complete the bouquet.
On the palate it is very soft and expressive and elegant. A beautiful Rioja red wine that perfectly combines drinking pleasure with a perfectly balanced combination of fruity characteristics and subtle notes of barrel aging.
Masi Passo Doble Malbec - £32.00/BottleThis expressive blend is made through Masi's signature double fermentation method. First, the Malbec is fermented and then combined with dried Corvina grapes in a second fermentation, which deepens the wines character. The result is richly textured, with notes of ripe berries and a touch of spice.
85% Malbec and 15% Corvina made organically in Mendoza.
Rose Wine
Californian Rose.
Salmon pink colour, with plum, cherry and candy floss aromas with a sweet palate of strawberry, pear and apricot.
This is a light a slightly sweet easy drinking wine. Lower alcohol at 10.5%
Sparkling Wine
To the eye the brilliant, limpid colour recalls the characteristic straw tones of the Pinot Noir, with glints of amber. It is lively in the flute, with a fine stream of persistent bubbles. On the nose it gives an impression of vitality and springtime scents, together with hints of "toast" and from a variety of flowers.
In the mouth a bouquet of ripe fruits and citrus create a sensation of plenitude and lightness.
A pleasant racy wine with a long and lingering taste. To be enjoyed at all occasions.
35% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Meunier. The blend is made of wines from between 50 to 60 different crus.

Segura Lavit Rosado – £39.00/BottleBrut Rosé from Segura Viudas is a perfect example of what a Cava Rosado should be like, with its intense fruitiness, on both nose and palate, its lively colour, and its finesse. In the search for perfect balance between fruit and ageing, the blend for this rosado is made up of three black grape varieties: Trepat, Pinot Noir and Garnacha, each contributing their particular characteristics.
Traditional skin maceration to create the colour and to extract the aromas of the grapes. The blend of the Brut Rosé is made from 7 separate wines from the three grapes. The first and second fermentations are carried out using our own selected yeasts. These yeasts give the finished wine its own identity.
Made from Trepat, Garnacha and Pinot Noir. The Trepat produces the freshness of fruit, the aroma and the finesse. The Garnacha enhances its taste. The Pinot Noir contributes the spicy touch and aromatic intensity. The Trepat is macerated for 24 hours at 12-14 ºC, the Garnacha is macerated for 12 hours at 16-18 ºC and the Pinot is macerated in the trailer during its journey to the winery.
