Hospitality Sales Assistant - Fixed Term - 25 hrs a week (HSA 9/16/2)
Purpose - The Hospitality Sales Assistant is a multi-skilled member of staff who will be required to work in all areas of the hospitality department including; the Auditorium, the Baby Grand, theatre bars, sales points and conferences and functions. The successful candidate will be able to display excellent customer service skills and the ability to warmly greet all customers of the theatre. They will be expected to assist customers in finding their seat in the auditorium and be capable of serving them in a busy hospitality environment. They are expected to maintain the highest levels of health, safety and security at all times.
Profile- The Hospitality Sales Assistant is a polite, confident, articulate, and friendly person, with the ability to sell vocally and work as part of a team. The successful candidate will be a good communicator and will foster good working relationships with all employees and provide an excellent level of service for all internal & external customers of the Theatre. Presenting a positive disposition and professional image, the successful candidate will behave as an ambassador of the Grand Opera House at all times.
