Young Musicians of the Future Concert
£15 adult, £10 conc. £5 student/under 18s
This year’s young artists perform a diverse programme of music. There will also be a presentation of a number of awards and bursaries by, amongst others, the Flax Trust and The Ireland Fund of France. This is a great opportunity to hear some of our best young musicians, many of whom go on to have solo careers and play with Camerata Ireland.

Designer Fashion Show – 8pm | Doors open 7.20pm | £15 (inc. goody bag)
Young designer graduates and established designers accompanied by Festival musicians. Denman International & Tayto will present a bursary prize to the best young designer. Show produced by Maureen Martin. With performances by Eimear McGeown, Jonny Toman and more. Design exhibition open in Ava Gallery from 6.30pm.

Friday 18 August 

Evening Concert - 7:30PM – The Celtic Isles

Celtic Orbit 2017 - Barry Douglas, Eimear McGeown, Caitriona McKay and Chris Stout. Back after their spectacular début last year with more music from these islands and Brittany.
Seamus Heaney: Words and Music - A very special programme of readings and Heaney-related music featuring an ensemble of Ulster Orchestra musicians, led by violinist Ioana Pectu-Colan, and narrarted by writer Glenn Patterson.

Saturday 19 August – Closing Gala
