The Directors of The Grand Opera House (Theatre) Limited are seeking “Expressions of Interest” from companies experienced in the provision of Ticketing and Customer Relationship Management Systems.

The Grand Opera House (Theatre) Limited invites tenderers to submit a tender for the provision of a Ticketing and Customer Relationship Management System, to handle the ticket booking process, manage audience data, allow accurate financial reporting, and facilitate audience insights for the purposes of marketing.

Tender instructions and documentation can be accessed via the eSourcing NI portal, with the project reference “Project_24259” and ITT reference “ITT_33087”.

Tender responses must be submitted to the Grand Opera House no later than 5.00pm on Friday 27 April 2018. Tenders received after that date and time will not be opened or considered.

 

 

Tender for the provision of Activity Plan Consultancy Services

The Trustees of Grand Opera House Trust are seeking “Expressions of Interest” from consultants experienced in Activity Plan consultancy services.

The Trustees intend to carry out restoration and development works to the Grand Opera House in 2020 and are seeking to appoint a consultant to develop an Activity Plan for the project, for inclusion in the Trust’s round two submission to the Heritage Lottery Fund.

Tender instructions and documentation can be accessed via the eSourcing NI portal, with the project reference “Project_24258” and ITT reference “ITT_33085”.

Tender responses must be submitted to the Grand Opera House no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 19 April 2018. Tenders received after that date and time will not be opened or considered.
