Horrible Histories - Terrible Tudors and Vile Victorians

R

Wed 23 May - Sun 27 May 2012

Family

Mortgage the school if you have to. Ramsom the governors, even. No child, or adult, should be denied the chance to see this - live theatre - and history - at its rip-roaring best! Horrible Histories in ground-breaking 3D special effects are back with two new, even more gruesome shows for 2012!

Horrible Histories: The Terrible Tudors
From the horrible Henries to the end of evil Elizabeth, hear the legend (and the lies!) about the torturing Tudors! Find out the fate of Henry's headless wives and his punch up with the Pope. What sort of bed-time stories would you have heard if you'd lived in that awful age?

Horrible Histories: The Vile Victorians
What exactly did a baby farmer do? Would you have survived the misery of the mines or the filth of the factories? Ride on the rotten railway and watch out for the wicked workhouse. Just what is the story behind the song 'The Hole in the Elephant's Bottom?' And dare you join in?!

Don't miss this horribly good chance to travel back in time!
