Job Title: Hospitality Sales Assistant (30 hours per week /fixed term contract)
Responsible To: Hospitality Management Team
Liaises with: All Grand Opera House Personnel / Visiting Production Companies / Suppliers / Customers / Sponsors / Trustees
Purpose: The Hospitality Sales Assistant is a multi-skilled member of staff who will be required to work in all areas of the hospitality department including; the auditorium; any of the four theatre bars and sales points. The role also involves working at corporate events for conferences and functions. The successful person will display excellent customer service skills and will be expected to warmly greet all customers of the theatre, assist them in finding their seat in the auditorium and be capable of serving customers in a busy environment. They are expected to maintain the highest levels of health, safety and security at all times.
