The Grand Opera House Belfast Box Office is open Monday - Saturday 10.00am - 5.00pm. The Box Office is closed on Sundays and opening hours vary on Bank Holidays. Tickets may be bought online, at the Box Office Counter in the theatre foyer, or by calling 028 9024 1919.

You can talk to a member of the Box Office team during Box Office opening hours on the online messenger Zopim. An induction loop system is also available at the Box Office Counter in the theatre foyer.

A per ticket booking fee of £1.25 will apply to all bookings with the exception of in-person payments made at the Box Office counter in the theatre foyer.

For certain shows, we may have a stand-by rate available for senior citizens, students and unwaged. This rate is available from 6pm on the evening of the show and those wishing to avail of it must be able to produce suitable evidence to prove that they qualify for the discount. We advise anyone wishing to avail of stand-by offers to call our box office on 028 9024 1919 to confirm that it will be available for the evening that they wish to attend.

We endeavour to print all tickets within 24 hours of booking and will post them to you directly. Tickets are collected by our postal courier each day, Monday to Friday. There is no post on a Saturday. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets from the Box Office Counter in the theatre foyer before the show. For further information, please contact Box Office on 028 9024 1919 or send an email to info@goh.co.uk.
