Box Office Information

 

The Box Office is open Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday, 12.00 - 5.00pm. The Box Office is closed on Sundays and opening hours vary on Bank Holidays. Tickets may be bought online, at the Box Office Counter in the theatre foyer, or by calling 028 9024 1919.

A dedicated text phone line is available on 028 9027 8578 and operates during Box Office opening hours. An induction loop system is also available at the Box Office Counter in the theatre foyer.

A per ticket booking fee of £1.25 will apply to all bookings with the exception of in-person payments made at the Box Office counter in the theatre foyer.

We endeavour to print all tickets within 24 hours of booking and will post them to you directly. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets from the Box Office Counter in the theatre foyer before the show. The Grand Opera House has introduced an Access for All membership scheme. Please help us to help you by joining this membership scheme if you have a disability so we can better serve your access requirements. Please download the Access for All Membership Form.

We have also introduced a customer Disability Advisory Group so that the opinions of those who matter most of all to us - our customers - can be heard and help to ensure that we truly are a theatre for everyone.

Access Facilities

There is level access to the front of the Grand Opera House, with lift access to all floors. Toilets are situated at every level and are equipped with grab rails, sink lever operated taps, low level mirrors and pull cord alarms.

We have several seats in the auditorium which can be removed to accommodate wheelchair users - please let us know when booking if you require a wheelchair user space. The Grand Opera House is equipped with an induction loop system - however, there are some dead spots. An infrared system is also available for the main auditorium for which headsets are available from the main foyer. Assistance Dogs are welcome.

We also have a member of staff trained in British Sign Language to Level 2. Large print, audio-taped and Braille versions of our season brochure are available on request.
